These terms apply to purchases made through Navalanka Super City online channels and in connection with our delivery service in Sri Lanka. By placing an order, you agree to use the site lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information.

Orders and availability

All orders are subject to stock availability, delivery coverage and confirmation. We may contact you to approve substitutions, quantity changes or delivery timing where needed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep prices accurate, but reserve the right to correct clear errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Delivery

Delivery is available to selected areas including Colombo, Wellawatta, Kollupitiya, Dehiwala, Nugegoda, Kalubowila West, Nawala, Bambalapitiya, Rajagiriya and Mount Lavinia. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, product availability and operational capacity.

Customer responsibilities

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, check perishable items promptly and report order issues as soon as possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection laws.
